These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of The Capsule (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The Capsule is an AI styling tool that suggests outfits based on the clothing you add. Outfit suggestions are generated automatically and are offered for inspiration. They are not professional styling advice.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Provide accurate information and let us know if you suspect unauthorized use.

You keep all rights to the photos and information you add. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the App’s features, including the AI processing described in our Privacy Policy.

Only upload photos you have the right to use.

Do not use the App for anything unlawful, upload content that infringes others’ rights or is harmful or offensive, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or misuse it in any way that harms us or other users.

Outfit and shopping suggestions are produced by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not to your taste. Use your own judgment; you are responsible for your choices.

The App may link to third-party merchants, including via affiliate links from which we may earn a commission. We do not control and are not responsible for those merchants’ products, prices, or websites. Purchases are solely between you and the merchant.

The App, its design, and its content (excluding your content) belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that suggestions will meet your needs or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or to protect the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.
